What’s in a subscription box?

If you choose the custom box, your order will contain two 300g bags of ground coffee with the option of sweetener and creamer add-ons.

Can I change my subscription once I sign up?

Of course! Our plans offer complete flexibility and are catered to your tastes and schedule. If you ever want to change a flavour or change your delivery frequency, just log into your account and make the changes.

Can I pause my subscription if I don’t need coffee just yet?

Our plans allow our customers to skip a delivery if they don’t need a coffee refill just yet! Select the upcoming delivery you would like to skip before the package ship date. Your subscription will resume deliveries automatically for the next month. Orders that are confirmed are not eligible for exchange, cancellation or refund.

How do I know what delivery frequency to pick for my subscription?
